Solar energy for power plant

For update embedment solar energy to power plant, we must be thinking giga watt solar power planet. In addition, electricity must be product in all hours of day.
Cost of prime investment is very important (competitive with old power plant)

Availability for all country is another parameter for this design.
Just Wind planet is best solar energy system, in all country and all time in days.

I do not write about history of wind plant, but wind turbine plant has some problems.
1- Maximum benefit in theory is 55% (whiles sails and parachutes withstands over 180% against the wind)
2- of this turbine designed for alone speed and then works in over or lower speed. Benefit of this design is low. Whiles jet turbine
Flexibility for gas speeds.
3- Wing Product is expensive and some company can be producing this one. (Sails and parachutes is cheaper)
4- Pedestal of wind turbine is big and costly. (If generator moved in aboveground, pedestal made cheaper)

Success

Simple design is a truss with 80-degree slant.
A rope moved over two shaft ( over and under truss ) some parachute received wind energy and under shaft alienate force to generator . Two-wind parachute system could use in each side of truss.
Best design is a parachute wind plant without truss. This make over a valley. Each shaft makes electricity, which designed by one speed of wind. When wind speed is low or high, number of parachute cannot be same.
When we have wind speed in headland, we can use this design with horizontal truss. This worked at nighttime and daytime all days.
Two-rope makes better fixity. Moreover, the parachute is located in back side also use the wind of passing from parachute of front . (Like that jet turbine)
We can make it over two mountains with much kilometer space.
With this design, we can build giga watt new windmill power plant.
